Equality row as Glencore boss holds pregnancy against female workers
A sexism row has erupted after the chairman of commodities trading giant Glencore said hiring young women was not a priority because they become pregnant and prefer children to a career.Simon Murray, questioned women’s commitment to work in an interview with a Sunday newspaper, as he dismissed quotas to increase the number of women on boards.
