Long working hours are bad for your health and bad for business
The British Heart Foundation has recently released the findings from its 11-year research study, which reveals that there is a correlation between long hours and the risk of heart disease. People who worked 11 hours or more a day were more than half as likely to have a heart attack than those who worked shorter hours.
