Discrimination victims ‘defined by more than one characteristic’
Three-quarters of employees do not feel defined by just one aspect of their identity at work, new diversity research has revealed.Staff who experienced a negative reaction to one characteristic were much more likely to feel unfairly treated because of another, according to a report by Inclusive Employers.
