Don’t shoot the boss just yet

It’s not uncommon to hear a friend or partner complaining about their boss. For most people, it’s easier to blame problems at work on their manager or colleagues, rather than look internally at their own capabilities and experience. Managers are easy scapegoats. It seems Hollywood has picked up on this theme as well. An A-list cast, led by Jennifer Aniston, brings ‘ Horrible Bosses ’ to our cinema screens later this month. The film, as the title suggests, follows three hard-done-by employees as they attempt to cope with their obsessive, manipulative and demanding bosses. Eventually, they decide to hire a hit man to take care of the problem!
