Interns law could be sharpened up

A new ‘best practice’ code was launched earlier this month with the aim of broadening access to high-quality internships. As the use of interns begins to spread beyond the media and the professions into other sectors of the economy, it becomes increasingly apparent that the law in this area is far from clear.
