Performance reviews boost talent at Intercontinental Hotels
Individual performance management plays a vital part in identifying talent to meet overall business growth strategy, the CIPD’s Performance Management Conference heard yesterday.
Tony Voller, senior vice-president for EMEA HR and global talent at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), told delegates how performance reviews allowed the company to assess its talent and recognise current and future skills gaps as the company expanded.
