Power without principles

Heard the one about the politician, the policeman and the journalist? I’m sure you have. In fact we’ve heard nothing but that for weeks now.  Bored as we may be, can I suggest we pause for a while and focus on the politician and the policeman? They should interest us as they are powerful and public examples of what happens when an organisation culture goes toxic and no-one is able, prepared or willing to do anything about it.
