Top entries, tough choices

Now in their sixteenth year, the 2011 CIPD People Management Awards (headline sponsor, BT) have attracted the highest calibre of entries yet.The prestigious awards recognise outstanding achievements in people management and development, with one winner in each category. Company entries are also in with a chance of taking away the coveted overall award for the most outstanding entry: last year’s overall winner Nampak Plastics, which manufactures bottles for the food and drink industry, was recognised for a culture change programme that transformed staff engagement.
