HR ‘to maintain spending on assessment’

The majority of HR professionals expect their spending on staff assessment tools to be the same or higher in the next 1-2 years, a People Management mini-survey has found.More than 80 per cent of the 361 respondents said they planned to raise or maintain spending on assessment tools, which can help match job candidates with a role and also help measure the effectiveness of existing staff during organisational restructures.
