NHS Leeds v Larner

There have been a number of tribunal cases recently attempting to apply the principles set out in the ECJ’s judgments in Stringer and ors v Revenue and Customs Commissioners and Schultz-Hoff v Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund to the holiday provisions in the UK’s Working Time Regulations 1998.
