Oil services firm creates 500 UK jobs
An oil firm is set to create 500 new jobs in the UK despite industry concerns about a looming skills shortage and weak market growth.Aker Solutions, an oil services company listed in Norway, said it would recruit 300 people for its operations in Aberdeen, with an additional 200 people for its engineering office in west London.
