Flexible working and CSR vital for recruitment, finds survey

HR professionals recognise that they must do more than pay competitive salaries to attract and retain staff, according to a survey of HR directors.

Results from interviews with 180 HR directors by recruitment firm Office Team revealed that more employers are offering flexible working as an alternative to monetary benefits to improve their employer brand.
