Voluntary reporting scheme for gender equality launched

Home Secretary Theresa May has launched an initiative to address workplace inequality between men and women through a voluntary reporting scheme called Think, Act, Report.At an event to launch the scheme, May urged employers to commit to voluntary reporting on controversial areas such as the number of female board members they have and progress on equalising the gender pay gap.
