G4S buy-out of ISS to create one of world's largest employers

Security firm G4S is set to become one of the world’s largest employers with an estimated 1.15 million staff following the buy-out of its Danish rival ISS in a £5.2bn deal.The deal will see the creation of a giant outsourcing group expected to make revenues of almost £16 billion with services including security for events like the London Olympics, cleaning and catering.
