Third of SME bosses admit employee ‘favouritism’
Almost a third (31 per cent) of bosses at small organisations have revealed they show favouritism to particular staff members, according to a study into workplace attitudes.The poll of 1,092 small business employers by HR consultancy Reabur found that of the 31 per cent of respondents who admitted favouritism, 39 per cent explained their stance by saying the employee had a “stronger work ethic than other members of the team”.
