Too many HR professionals 'blocking' diversity
HR professionals can be “the biggest block” to improving diversity and inclusion at work, a leading diversity specialist has said.Speaking at the Wainwright Trust annual event, Stephen Frost, head of diversity and inclusion at the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, said the situation was “a scandal” and called on HR to take up the challenge and lead change.
