Company car ‘still seen as effective reward’
Seven out of ten HR professionals believe a company car is an effective recruitment and retention tool, according to PM’s latest mini-survey.Only 15 per cent of poll respondents felt that a company car was ineffective as an incentive, while the remaining 15 per cent were undecided.
