Dispute process at West Midlands Police cuts tribunal claims
A major redesign of the workplace dispute resolution process at West Midlands Police has led to a significant reduction in tribunal claims, PM has learnt.The new approach has seen the number of grievance cases progressing to employment tribunal drop from 27 in 2008 to just nine last year, saving more than £100,000 in legal fees and other associated costs.
