HMRC staff lack confidence in managers, survey reveals
Staff at HMRC have voiced serious concerns about the organisation’s leadership, and dissatisfaction with their own pay, benefits and treatment, in the service’s annual employee survey.Survey results revealed that only 18 per cent felt that the organisation was managed well, only 17 per cent had confidence in senior management decisions, and only 13 per cent agreed that changes were usually for the better.
