Tribunal statistics ‘show flexible working is no burden’
New tribunal statistics show that the right to request flexible working is not a burden on business, according to the CIPD.In the past 12 months there have only been ten successful tribunal claims based on an employer’s failure to adhere to flexible working rules, figures obtained by the CIPD under a freedom of information request have revealed.
