Call for employer-linked training for ex-military staff
Employers should have closer links with training programmes for the increasing number of ex-military personnel rejoining the labour market, a new report has urged.Government cutbacks will increase the average rate of service leavers, with 75,000 leaving over the next two years following the defence review, and an estimated 30,000 leaving every year until 2010.
