Google extends mentoring programme for black talent
Google has extended its ‘Top Black Talent’ mentoring programme after the first year of the scheme proved highly popular with university students. The programme, aimed at degree students from black and ethnic minority backgrounds, was launched as a trial in May 2010 to offer eight weeks of mentoring from employees at Google.
