Public sector workers ‘ready to ditch pension’ for private sector job

Public sector staff would consider sacrificing their pension for a career in the private sector as morale hits a new low, according to the Hays Career Outlook survey.The survey found that while public sector employees were “fiercely defensive” of their pensions more than half (52 per cent) felt the pull of the private sector with its perceived higher job security.
