Skills gap ‘could hinder’ government technology strategy
A gap in IT skills in the public sector could hinder the implementation of a new government technology strategy, the National Audit Office (NAO) has warned. The new information and communication technology (ICT) strategy was introduced by the Cabinet Office in March to reduce waste and project failure and create a common, more efficient infrastructure throughout public services.
