Balfour Beatty workers to be re-balloted over contract row

The union Unite plans to re-ballot workers at building firm Balfour Beatty Engineering Services (BBES) for strike action after the union’s first ballot was deemed invalid.Union members at the firm are angry about planned contract changes that could see the majority of workers’ wages slashed by a third.
