Employees discontented over pay, shows CIPD research
Many employees were unhappy with the size of their pay rise and bonus last year, according to new CIPD research.Nearly half of UK workers (48 per cent) saw their pay frozen in 2011 and a further 5 per cent experienced a pay cut, found the institute’s Employee Attitudes to Pay report.
