London Overground HR director confident over Olympics

London Overground, the rail operator which will transport huge numbers of London Olympics visitors this summer, has revealed plans to swell the number of frontline staff and use ‘pay as you go’ rewards for workers during the Games.The train operator, which has 1,160 employees, has estimated that it will carry up to 70 per cent more people during the 2012 Games period.
