Grayling defends under-fire work experience scheme
Employment minister Chris Grayling has defended the government’s work experience programme and accused critics of being “job snobs” for attacking placements at supermarket chains.Last week Tesco blamed an “IT error” after a vacancy for a permanent nightshift worker that listed the wages as “Jobseeker’s Allowance plus expenses” appeared online.
