The growing trend for companies in the retail sector to look for older recruits is continuing with the announcement that DIY retailer B&Q focusing on the over-50s in a recruitment drive for its new Macclesfield store.

B&Q is looking to fill 60 vacancies and says it will give ‘preferential consideration’ to those over 50.
