"Vodafone employs a huge variety of customer service professionals in a number of very different roles right across the UK, both in stores and contact centres. The challenge was to deliver strongly on-brand messages that were consistent but also flexible enough to cater to the different audiences and recruiters. The campaign itself involved a huge amount of research and strategic planning and ran across a variety of internal and external media."
