"NGDP recruits graduates into local government to help grow talented leaders for the future. The online film was created to help communicate the effect that can be had by working in local government while reflecting the worthwhile, tangible nature of the work and fit in with the current branding of ‘Real life. Real work.’
"We wanted to ensure the footage portrayed the complex nature of the work and illustrate the diverse audiences that must be engaged and communicated with. Negative preconceptions of working in local government existed and we wanted to challenge these and show it as an interesting and stimulating place to work."
