This was a great body of work that impressed all the judges. Hertfordshire Constabulary's campaign to attract "specials" – also a winner in the recruitment effectiveness category – shone through on many levels. The creative and innovative use of different media, an excellent partnership between client and agency and clear evidence of a successful recruitment campaign made it a worthy Grand Prix winner.
