"Brighton and Hove's a pretty great place to work; unfortunately that's not the case everywhere. Dullton and Hive plays on the preconceptions people might have about working for a local authority. When creating a dummy advert you have license to be as outrageous as you like, lots of fun. The goal was to portray an organisation that takes a creative approach to HR without actually saying it."
