Showcasing success: the Investors in People Awards 2018

Find out what happened at this year’s ceremony celebrating the Investors in People community

The Investors in People Awards 2018 saw chief executive Paul Devoy welcome 600 guests from more than 100 organisations to the Camden Roundhouse on 28 November. Building on the success of 2017’s landmark celebration, the evening was an opportunity to laud the best and brightest in people management and leadership across the Investors in People community.

An opportunity to celebrate

As ever, this year’s bash sought to recognise the outstanding achievements of organisations who strive for success with a people-first mindset. In essence, the Investors in People Awards intend to exemplify excellence in people management, encouraging more businesses to invest in unlocking the potential of their people.

Guests this year enjoyed a three-course meal paired with wine and seasonal cocktails, alongside the entertainment provided by comedian Russell Kane and the famous voice of Strictly Come Dancing, Alan Dedicoat.

In between announcing the winners, Investors in People laid on performances from LED dancers Ultranite Crew, aerial silk performers Tumbellina and jazz band Bond Street to make sure the evening was a true celebration for all who attended.
