It's been yet another challenging year for the people profession. The pandemic has, fingers crossed, significantly abated and will continue to do so, leaving businesses to contend with what their new post-Covid working model looks like, as well as potential staff shortages, significant numbers of resignations and mass burnout. But on top of all these challenges, many HR teams have produced fantastic work in the fields of change management, health and wellbeing, inclusion and diversity, and many more.
To that end, we're delighted to announce the shortlist for this year's CIPD People Management Awards. Categories will each be judged by an expert panel, with the winners announced at a black-tie ceremony at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 22 September. More information and tickets are available from cipdpmas.co.uk
Congratulations to all those who have been shortlisted.
