Participants required for HR director study

Calling all HR directors – take part in a People Management feature and receive a free in-depth psychometric assessment

People Management is working with Great People Inside (GPI) on a study into the key characteristics of top HR directors.

The information we gain from the study will be used for a feature in an upcoming edition of People Management, looking at the psychometric profile of an HR leader, and the motivations, character traits and skillsets that it takes to succeed in HR.

We need as many HR directors as possible to complete the study.

What will the study require?

We need HR directors to complete the online assessment. This will take no longer than an hour, and can be completed on mobile, tablet or desktop.

In return, you'll receive a comprehensive tailored psychometric report based on your assessment.

The assessment uses three key areas: 

  • Cognitive: indicates the degree to which an individual is comfortable working with various types of cognitive processes.
  • Behavioural: the behaviours that a person exhibits in the company of others, which can often be suggestive of their overall personality.
  • Interests: the type of activities that the individual will be most inspired and motivated by.

What will happen to my results?

Individual results and reports will only be seen by you and GPI. The data used in the article will be aggregated for all participants and People Management will not be able to publish, or refer to, individual results.

We may ask for a comment from willing participants but this is not mandatory.

You will receive your individual report by email once the study has closed at the end of January 2018.
