Finalists revealed for this year’s CIPD People Management Awards

The shortlist for the CIPD People Management Awards 2017, sponsored by Resource Management, has been unveiled.

Celebrating achievements in HR and learning and development, a winner will be announced from each of the 19 categories on the shortlist (below), along with one overall winner, at a glitzy awards dinner on Tuesday 26 September at Grosvenor House in London.

This year’s awards feature a new category for best international HR initiative, to recognise HR’s increasing impact in global workplaces.

“We’ve been spoilt for choice this year in terms of innovation, variety and creativity in the entries for the CIPD People Management Awards,” said Lizzie Crowley, skills adviser at the CIPD and one of the awards judges. “As we are increasingly seeing demand for effective people management and learning and development approaches that deliver consistent results in a variety of contexts, it’s great to see so many organisations stepping up to the challenge, demonstrating impressive agility in both planning and execution.”
